The Role: Performance Marketing Manager
We're looking for a talented and driven Performance Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll play a key part in scaling our paid digital marketing efforts, optimizing user acquisition while keeping costs efficient. Your strategic expertise and creative insights will help us strengthen our online presence and drive measurable success.
Key Responsibilities:
SEM Campaign Optimization: Manage and optimize search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns, including budget allocation, bid adjustments, creative testing, keyword expansion, and refining negative keyword lists.
Digital Channel Scaling: Lead the expansion of paid digital channels, driving efficient acquisition costs and maximizing return on investment (ROI).
A/B Testing & Growth: Design and execute A/B tests with precision, always focused on growth and performance improvements.
Audience Targeting: Identify target audiences, craft compelling messaging, and develop offers to enhance the impact of paid social media campaigns.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Product and Marketing teams to design promotional campaigns and offers, ensuring alignment with key holidays and business seasonality.
Organic Social Media Support: Provide creative ideas to engage followers authentically across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
CRM Management: Assist in various aspects of CRM, including designing email journeys, executing blasts, and managing push notifications.
What We're Looking For:
5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
Expertise in managing large-scale SEM campaigns (100,000+ keywords).
Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting and data analysis.
Self-motivated, collaborative, and detail-oriented, with a strong work ethic.
Previous CRM experience; familiarity with Iterable is a plus.
Background in B2C sectors, such as e-commerce, membership marketing, or direct response marketing.
Qualifications:
Proven ability to deliver measurable results through performance marketing strategies.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Strong proficiency with analytics tools and platforms.
