Advanced technical knowledge is not required for this position. However, applicants must: have good communication skills and an ability to provide good customer service in a highly active environment, a basic familiarity with computer software applications, be able to work with direct supervision, and exercise initiative in advancing their technical knowledge.

Minimum Qualifications:

Must be a UAS student enrolled in a minimum of six credit hours for the period of employment.

Appropriate training will be provided by IT Service staff.

Position Details:

This position is located on the UAS campus in Juneau, and flexible on-site/hybrid work arrangements may be considered in accordance with UA regulations.

This is a pooled position, which means that the position remains open over the entire academic year.
