Job Description: OVERVIEW Linked is seeking a Technical Recruiter to play a key role in expansion of our growing team.

Qualifications RESPONSIBILITIES - Recruiter is responsible for making connections and developing relationships with IT professionals who may be a good fit for assignment with Linked's clients.
- Are expected to source qualified candidates daily.
- Linked relies on the judgment of the Recruiter to accurately qualify the candidates, negotiate a rate that is profitable for Linked, and secure the candidate’s commitment to take the assignment.
- Maintain and further develop relationships with consultants to build a long lasting commitment to Linked.
- Manage and own full technical recruitment lifecycle including: (needs analysis, sourcing, screening, interviewing, technical evaluation, selection, offer and on boarding)
- Identify the best talent in/on the market and develop great network of software developers/engineers/technical talents
- Innovate sourcing techniques to tap into specialized technical talent pools
- Monitor effectiveness of recruitment efforts and provide detailed reports tracking progress and analyze trends.
- Main Responsibilities include: Sourcing candidates; Qualifying candidates; Negotiating pay rates; Consultant sign-up; Client/manager facilitation; Consultant relationship-building; Database maintenance.
REQUIREMENTS - Hands-on recruitment experience in the technology industry (start-up and or in a corporate technical recruitment environment preferred)
- Broad knowledge of programming languages, web technologies, software development process and emerging technologies
- Strong result orientation and comfort level in working in a high performance, metrics-driven recruiting environment
- Ability to adapt to change and properly handle adversity in a dynamic, growing startup
- Must be organized, self-directed and proactive
- Technical acumen
- Previous experience in customer service, inside sales or technical staffing is an asset.
- Good Communication, Interpersonal and Presentation Skills.
- Good Client management skills.
- Good Networking abilities
- Good working knowledge of MS Windows, MS Office, Email and Internet Browsing
