Overview/ Job Responsibilities:
The UI/UX Designer shall design the user interface (UI) and follow a lean user experience (UX) process and experience to support the Architecture and effective daily execution and performance of common shared services within a culture of continuous integration and continuous delivery.
a. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user interface requirements and design innovative and execeptional user experiences.
b. Develop and implement strategic vision for user interface designs, wireframes, prototypes, and specifications.
c. Ensure architecture, services and design concepts are aligned with user needs and mission outcomes.
d. Conduct user research, usability testing, and other user-centered design activities.
e. Create and maintain UI/UX design guidelines, templates, and style guides.
f. Work with customer and prime vendor teams to ensure design concepts are implemented accurately and efficiently.
g. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and technologies, and apply this knowledge to the UI/UX process.
h. Understand and incorporate program office, application owners, and other end customers requirements, needs and missions as part of the UI/UX methodology and accomplishment.
