Job Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Car Sales Representative to join our dealership team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about vehicles, customer service, and meeting sales goals. As a Car Sales Representative, you will assist customers in finding the perfect vehicle to suit their needs, guide them through the purchase process, and ensure they have an exceptional experience throughout. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assess their needs to provide tailored vehicle options.
• Present and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits to customers.
• Assist customers in making informed buying decisions based on their preferences and budget.
• Negotiate prices and financing options with customers, ensuring both customer satisfaction and dealership profitability.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of all vehicles, including specifications, features, pricing, and promotions.
• Manage the sales process from start to finish.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Follow up with prospective buyers and maintain a database of customer leads and inquiries.
• Collaborate with the finance team to offer financing options to customers.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure post-sale satisfaction.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized showroom and inventory lot.

• Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is preferred.
• Knowledge of vehicles and automotive industry trends is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs.
• Goal-oriented and able to work independently to meet sales targets.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus)
