Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe Real Estate Operations Analyst II supports the success of the Real Estate team by ensuring accurate reporting and efficient operations. Working closely with the Real Estate Operations, Store Build, and Leadership teams, this role provides key portfolio insights through regular reporting, manages lease compliance, and contributes to policy and training document creation to support informed real estate decisions. Success in this role requires strong organizational and analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel to uphold operational accuracy across multiple areas of responsibility.
