What You'll Be Doing:
Build rapport and establish strong customer relationships with potential and existing borrowers, understanding their needs and exceeding their expectations.
Analyze customers' financial situations and provide tailored solutions by advising them on the most suitable loan products.
Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, effectively multitasking and managing multiple customer files daily.
Handle a high volume of live, qualified inbound leads.
Lock loans at the point of sale, request necessary documents, and submit complete loan packages to the production staff.
Structure and price loans accurately.
What You'll Need:
3+ months of full-time loan origination experience; call center experience preferred.
Strong desire to succeed in a sales-driven environment and be a top performer.
Ability to accurately structure and price loans.
Comprehensive knowledge of conventional and government loan programs (purchase and refinance).
Current NC DBO and NMLS license.
Four or more additional state NMLS licenses are preferred.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Ability to verify identity and employment eligibility to work in the U.S.
