Job Description

The Role:

We're looking for contract Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) to join our telehealth team, providing high-quality, evidence-based mental health care to adults. In this role, you will collaborate with Therapists and Psychiatrists to support clients on their mental health journey. You'll have the flexibility to manage a panel of clients, scheduling sessions during traditional business hours, evenings, or weekends based on your availability.

This position is a 1099 independent contract role, with a minimum of 15-20 hours per week. The role is open to applicants with licenses in California, Colorado, Georgia, Illinois, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Texas, and/or Washington.

Who You Are:

You hold an active PMHNP license in good standing in at least one of the states listed above.
You are board certified (AANP or ANCC).
You have a minimum of a Master's degree in Nursing, specializing in Psychiatric Mental Health.
You are comfortable assessing clients and creating evidence-based treatment plans for mental health conditions.
You maintain a strong clinical skill set, ensuring your approach is outcome-focused and evidence-based.
You possess empathetic and intuitive listening skills, with excellent verbal and written communication.
You are knowledgeable in crisis response and are comfortable working autonomously in a telemedicine environment.
You are tech-savvy, able to navigate systems and tools like Google Workspace and proprietary EMRs.
You are passionate about improving access to high-quality mental health care.
You may have experience working in a fast-paced or startup environment, but that's not required.
What You'll Do:

Conduct engaging and thoughtful sessions with clients, including 30-minute initial consultations and 15-minute follow-up appointments.
Provide direct care for a panel of clients, tailoring treatment plans to meet their unique needs.
Collaborate with other mental health professionals to ensure clients receive the best evidence-based treatment.
Work alongside dedicated clinicians who share your passion for making a positive impact on others' lives, fostering an environment that leads to successful outcomes for clients.
What We Offer:

Mission-Driven Impact: Help create accessible, affordable, and convenient telehealth services that improve the mental well-being of individuals nationwide.
Growth and Development: Participate in a robust training and onboarding program to set you up for success. Enjoy access to case consultations, free CEUs through Relias, and ongoing professional development.
Remote Work Flexibility: Work from anywhere in the U.S. with a HIPAA-compliant location and strong internet connection. You choose your hours—whether traditional business hours, evenings, or weekends.
Supportive Culture: Be part of a responsive and supportive team committed to helping you deliver exceptional care. Engage with peers and leadership through Q&A sessions, office hours, and more.
Administrative Ease: Spend more time focusing on your clients, while we handle marketing, referrals, billing, insurance claims, and payment. We also offer integrated tools to streamline your workflow, including a data-enabled EMR system with decision support, monthly reports, and task management.
Collaboration and Innovation: Contribute to initiatives that improve clinical quality, safety, and operational processes. Engage in strategic projects and benefit from internal credentialing support to expand our network of payers.
Our Values:

Client-First Focus: We are deeply committed to advancing care quality and patient safety.
Ethics & Integrity: We do what's right, even when no one is watching.
Commitment: We deliver on our promises, both to our clients and colleagues.
Impact & Quality: We strive for positive change, grounded in data and evidence.
Empathy: We listen with compassion, creating a safe and understanding environment.
Collaboration: We achieve goals together, fostering openness, trust, and diverse perspectives.
Thoughtful Innovation: We continuously evolve our practices to prioritize long-term success over short-term gains.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 155,672.00 Per Year
