Compensation:

Salary: $45,000–$60,000 annually, based on experience and education.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Personal Fitness Trainer, you will:

Conduct one-on-one personalized training sessions tailored to clients’ fitness levels and goals.
Design and implement effective workout plans that ensure measurable progress.
Provide motivation, encouragement, and expert guidance to help clients succeed.
Build lasting relationships with clients and maintain a supportive environment.
Uphold Redefine Fitness’s commitment to excellence and professionalism.

Qualifications:
We’re looking for trainers who:
Hold a recognized personal training certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, NSCA, ISSA).
Have a passion for fitness and a desire to help others achieve their goals.
Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Are eager to grow professionally and stay updated on fitness trends and techniques.
Have reliable transportation and can commute to either our Stony Brook or Mount Sinai locations.
Education in fitness, kinesiology, or a related field (preferred).
