Acara Solutions is seeking a Patient Care Specialist for a specialty pharmacy in Williamsville, NY!

Type: Temporary with possible conversion to direct hire
Pay Rate: $19.00/HR

Schedule:  Monday-Friday 8:30AM to 5:00PM

Responsibilities: 

• Handle outbound calls for refills and process co-payments.
• Address patient inquiries on billing, policies, and services. Coordinate communication between patients, insurance, and medical staff.
• Maintain records, perform data entry, package, and ship orders, manage financial arrangements, assist with prior authorizations, and support billing and benefits coordination.

Job Requirements

Required Skills / Qualifications:

• Minimum of a High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of Customer service experience required.

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:

• Call Center experience preferred.
