Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Leasing Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, excellent communication skills, and a desire to provide exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist prospective residents with tours of the property and available units.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to email inquiries from potential residents.
  • Provide detailed information about the property, including availability, leasing terms, and amenities.
  • Process rental applications, conduct background checks, and prepare lease agreements.
  • Coordinate and conduct move-in and move-out inspections.
  • Maintain accurate records of all leasing and renewal activity.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of resident events and community activities.
  • Ensure that the property is well-maintained and presents a welcoming atmosphere.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in leasing, property management, or real estate is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Yardi software is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • High level of professionalism and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, as needed.
