Pay Rate: $2120/weekly + $79.5 OT rate,WEEKLY PAY

Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in Roseburg, Oregon. In this role, you will provide professional mental health services, advocacy, and support to clients in need. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping individuals and families navigate challenges, improve their quality of life, and achieve their personal goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients’ needs and develop personalized care plans.
- Provide individual, group, and family counseling to address mental health and social issues.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including medical staff and community organizations, to ensure coordinated care.
- Advocate for clients’ needs, connecting them with community resources and support services.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions and progress in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
- Educate clients and their families on coping strategies, self-care, and mental health awareness.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
- Current Oregon LCSW license in good standing.
- Proven experience in clinical social work, preferably in a healthcare, mental health, or community setting.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross
- COVID Vaccinated
- Recent PPD Test or Chest X-Ray
- Clear criminal background check(s) & drug screening
- Reliable transportation & smartphone
