Job Description

Requirements:

  • A minimum of two years of professional experience in overseas sales, with a preference for candidates with experience in electronic components.
  • Fluency in Russian, both written and spoken, with excellent communication skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales quotas and meet targets.
  • Willingness to travel overseas for extended periods, up to six months.
  • A strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements in the electronic components industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Good knowledge of electronic components, including passives, electromechanical, and/or connectors.
  • Experience in consumer electronics or telecommunications-related industries is a plus.

  • Work Environment: Office setting with significant travel. Flexibility for remote work where feasible.
  • Reporting Structure: Reports to the Sales and Marketing Manager.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate the Russian market, focusing on electronic components.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and partners within the Russian-speaking market.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences, presenting and selling company products and services.
  • Follow up on new leads and referrals, preparing presentations, proposals, and sales contracts.
  • Coordinate with company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales.
  • Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events.
  • Travel overseas for up to six months to meet with clients and manage sales operations.
