In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and engaging client experience through proactive communication, personalized support, and continuous process improvements.

What You'll Do

Develop and manage a structured outreach program, ensuring monthly touchpoints with clients through calls, emails, and group training sessions.

Serve as the main post-launch contact for clients, helping them navigate platform features, product updates, and new tools.

Act as a trusted liaison between clients and internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and drive mutual success.

Oversee the onboarding process and implementation of add-on solutions for clients.

Provide high-level support by executing timely emails, social posts, and blogs for clients using our specialized marketing tools.

Stay informed about industry trends and collaborate with internal teams to improve products based on client feedback.

Continuously refine workflows and processes to enhance the client experience.

Generate new ideas for product offerings and features based on customer insights.

Deliver exceptional service by sharing best practices, answering client inquiries, and providing valuable resources.

Participate in team meetings to share insights, feedback, and strategic recommendations.

Utilize various digital tools, including Google G Suite, Slack, and other platforms, to streamline communication and support.

What You Bring

Proven experience in a client success or customer support role, preferably in the insurance or technology industry.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think critically and creatively.

Proactive approach to client engagement and success, with a results-driven attitude.

Self-motivated and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.

Ability to adapt quickly, provide solutions on the spot, and handle challenges with confidence.

Strong follow-up and follow-through skills to ensure client needs are met.
