What You'll Do

Handle a variety of accounting functions, including reconciliations, accruals, invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general accounting, and payroll.
Play an integral role in implementing a new accounting system and developing comprehensive monthly financial reports and KPIs.
Collaborate with team members to improve and enhance business processes, ensuring that our financial operations are aligned with company goals.

What We're Looking For

Education & Experience: A Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance, or at least 7 years of solid experience in a fast-paced accounting environment.
Accounting Expertise: Strong background in reconciliations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general accounting, and payroll.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Sage Intacct, and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Communication & Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a team-oriented mindset.
Self-Starter: Ability to work independently, take initiative, and be proactive in identifying and solving problems.
