Bankruptcy and Restructuring Attorney
Location: Atlanta, GA | Nashville, TN

Our client, a top AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a skilled Bankruptcy and Restructuring Associate to join their team in either their Atlanta or Nashville office. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney to join a tenured team and work on complex Chapter 11 bankruptcy and transactional restructuring matters.

Candidate Profile:

• JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
• Bar Admission in Georgia or Tennessee (required).
• 2-5 years of substantive experience in a bankruptcy and restructuring practice, with a focus on Chapter 11 complex bankruptcy and transactional restructuring .
• Experience in bankruptcy litigation, with strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in complex Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases and transactional restructuring matters.
• Collaborate with national financial institutions on designing and establishing new loan programs.
• Assist in the development and execution of bankruptcy litigation strategies, including drafting pleadings and motions, and managing discovery.
• Work as part of a collaborative and intellectually engaging team, contributing to high-stakes bankruptcy and restructuring matters.
