Job Description:

As an Area Director of Sales, you will oversee the sales operations of two of our leading hotel properties. Your primary responsibilities will be to develop and implement strategic sales plans, forecast sales, and take the lead in all sales initiatives. Your role will be pivotal in driving our growth and ensuring we achieve our fiscal objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate objectives.
• Forecast and track key sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
• Monitor competition and market conditions to establish competitive market strategies.
• Represent the company in key sales meetings and industry events.
• Drive customer engagement through excellent client service and relationship management.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Knowledge of hotel sales systems.
• A proven track record in a Director of Sales role in the hospitality industry.
• Previous experience managing more than one property simultaneously.
• Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
