Job Description

Are you an experienced Executive Virtual Assistant looking for a flexible, fully remote opportunity? We're seeking a dedicated professional to join our dynamic team, working 20-40 hours per week with flexible scheduling to meet your needs. Key Responsibilities:

Client Management: Handle tasks for multiple clients (up to 10 at a time) in a high-paced, urgent environment.
Executive Assistance & Project Support: Manage a wide range of tasks, from executive assistance to marketing, website updates, and content creation. You may also be involved in managing social media accounts, working with multiple third-party platforms, and supporting diverse client needs.
Independent & Proactive Work: Work autonomously, proactively identifying tasks and opportunities to assist clients, ensuring project timelines are met.
Reporting: Create and share detailed daily and weekly reports with clients to track progress and deliver value.
Time Tracking: Maintain accurate time logs for each client to ensure precise time accounting.
Team Collaboration: Participate in regular team meetings to align on company goals, client expectations, and support initiatives.
Video Support: Connect with clients through video meetings, maintaining a professional and helpful presence.

Ideal Candidate Characteristics:

Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work independently within a collaborative, small-team environment.
Extensive customer service experience and strong interpersonal skills.
Skilled in systems like Wix, Teamwork, Google Suite, Shopify, WordPress, CRMs, and other project management tools.
Resourcefulness, with strong research skills and a knack for creating efficient systems and processes.
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree
3-5 years of experience in an administrative assistant or executive support role.
Familiarity with Microsoft Suite, CRM platforms, and project management software.
Outstanding communication skills; this remote role requires frequent and clear communication.
In-home office setup, including a Mac or PC, high-speed internet, video conferencing capabilities, and a designated, professional workspace.
