Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Vice President of Marketing to lead our global marketing strategy, brand positioning, and demand generation efforts. In this dynamic role, you will help elevate our brand and ensure its recognition as a leader in identity and access management (IAM) solutions. You will work alongside a talented team of marketing professionals, collaborating closely with cross-functional leaders to drive market expansion and revenue growth.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for developing and executing the company's annual marketing plan while leading a high-performing team. Your leadership will be critical in shaping strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition in key industries, including finance and healthcare.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing Leadership:
Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives and market positioning.
Lead market research initiatives to understand customer needs, competitive landscapes, and emerging trends in IAM, cybersecurity, and managed services.
Brand Positioning and Awareness:
Strengthen the company's brand as an innovative and trusted provider of managed identity solutions.
Drive brand awareness through public relations, thought leadership, events, and strategic partnerships.
Demand Generation & Lead Acquisition:
Oversee multi-channel demand generation campaigns to drive lead acquisition, nurture prospects, and improve customer conversion rates.
Lead digital marketing, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) efforts.
Solutions Marketing & Go-to-Market Strategy:
Collaborate with the solutions and innovation teams to craft compelling messaging and value propositions for both new and existing solutions.
Define and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches, ensuring alignment with sales and product roadmaps.
Sales Enablement & Collaboration:
Partner with sales teams to provide the necessary tools, resources, and training to enhance customer engagement.
Develop case studies, white papers, and sales assets to support the sales process and drive customer success.
Channel Marketing & Partnerships:
Design and implement a channel marketing strategy to support strategic alliances and drive growth through partnerships.
Create joint marketing programs and co-branded campaigns with channel partners.
Customer Retention & Loyalty:
Lead customer engagement programs, such as customer success stories, testimonials, and advocacy initiatives to enhance retention.
Collaborate with customer success teams to improve the overall customer experience and gather insights for product improvement.
Data-Driven Decision Making & Analytics:
Implement analytics tools to measure campaign performance, ROI, and marketing impact.
Use data insights to continuously refine strategies, optimize conversion rates, and support decision-making.
Budget Management & Marketing Investments:
Own the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively across campaigns and initiatives.
Monitor budget performance and make strategic investment decisions to maximize ROI and meet long-term objectives.
Team Development & Leadership:
Build and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and professional growth.
Manage and optimize relationships with agency partners and vendors.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
Experience:
10+ years of marketing experience, with a strong background in B2B technology marketing (preferably in cybersecurity, SaaS, or managed identity solutions).
Proven success in leading marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth.
Skills:
Expertise in digital marketing, content strategy, SEO/SEM, ABM, customer marketing, and data analytics.
Strong understanding of the IAM, cybersecurity, and managed services markets.
Experience with marketing technologies such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and ABM platforms.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts and make them relatable.
Leadership experience with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
Strong strategic thinker with an ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Proven ability to manage budgets effectively and deliver results within set timelines.
