Instead, you will earn a portion of the total earnings from the case. The payment will be distributed as the case progresses. Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and other legal proceedings
• Conduct legal research and analysis to provide accurate and timely advice to clients
• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and pleadings
• Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients
• Maintain client confidentiality and uphold professional ethics and standards
• Attend court hearings when needed.
• Taking care of the client's case from beginning to end.

Qualifications:

• Trial Experience
• American Bar Association Member
• Passed Bar Exam
• US Work Authorization
• Strong oral and written advocacy skills
• Strong communication skills
