LaSalle Network has partnered with a premier outplacement firm specializing in guiding professionals through career transitions. They offer personalized services designed to help individuals successfully re-enter the job market.

We are currently seeking a compassionate and adaptable Traveling Career Coach to join our client’s team. This individual will be instrumental in supporting candidates through their career transitions, providing one-on-one coaching, resume development, interview preparation, and other essential job search services.

Traveling Career Coach Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions to assess candidates’ career goals and strengths
• Provide tailored guidance on resume building, cover letter creation, and job search strategies
• Lead mock interviews, offer constructive feedback, and develop strategies to enhance interview performance
• Collaborate with candidates to create customized job search plans aligned with their individual goals
• Monitor candidate progress and provide ongoing encouragement and advice throughout their journey
• Stay informed on current industry trends and job market developments to offer relevant, up-to-date guidance

Traveling Career Coach Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of professional or corporate experience required
• Willingness to travel to various locations throughout the week (Monday to Friday)
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong rapport with clients
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Capacity to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to adjust to the needs and schedules of individual clients
• Comfortable using technology for virtual coaching and interviews
