We are currently seeking a Testing Engineer to join our team in Lincoln, Nebraska (US-NE), United States (US).
- Jira accuracy and enforcement – including forecasting
- New Hire Training – Each to create a reusable plan that is published and centralized
- SME support for the client
- Standardization of procedures for that client
- Ongoing training of team members to increase knowledge
- Reviewing monthly metrics to identify trends and Root Cause to drive process improvement and changes
- Project tracking and identifying possible escalations for the client
- Provide team mentoring, continuous feedback and yearly reviews
- Participate in Scrum events and requirement gathering and elucidation meetings with stakeholders.
- Estimating projects
- Project timelines review and approval
- Accountable for client project delivery
- Accountable for resource management – following procedures, new process
Basic Qualifications: 8 years of the following:
- UAT Planning and Support
- QA Sign off
- Client Demos
- Resource Planning and Task Assignment
- Governance meetings
- Handle first level of project escalations
Education:
- BS degree or equivalent work experience
Travel: This position does not require travel.
