Job Title : Technical Writer

Location : Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Responsibilities:

• Develop, write, and edit user manuals, technical guides, FAQs, and online help documentation.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), developers, and engineers to gather technical information.
• Ensure documentation is clear, concise, and accessible for a diverse audience.
• Maintain and update existing documentation to reflect system updates and new features.
• Work with design and UX teams to ensure technical content aligns with product functionality and user experience.
• Organize and manage document repositories, ensuring version control and easy accessibility.
• Create and update content for knowledge bases, wikis, and support portals.
• Follow company style guides and documentation best practices.
• Research industry trends to continuously improve documentation quality and effectiveness.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience in technical writing or documentation development.
• Strong proficiency in writing, editing, and structuring technical content.
• Experience with documentation tools such as MadCap Flare, Adobe RoboHelp, Microsoft Word, or similar.
• Experience with markup languages like HTML, Markdown, or XML.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to grasp complex technical concepts and translate them into clear, concise documentation.
• Federal Experience is a plus.
