As a  Senior Tax Associate , you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely tax reporting for the firm's clients. Your responsibilities will include: 

• Leading and overseeing tax engagements, ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations. 
• Supervising and reviewing the work of associates, providing guidance and support as needed. 
• Analyzing complex tax issues and applying your knowledge to provide solutions. 
• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding their business needs and providing tailored advice. 
• Coordinating various phases of tax engagements, from planning through execution. 
• Staying updated with changes in tax laws and regulations, and applying this knowledge to client work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 
• Minimum of two years of experience in a tax or accounting role. 
• CPA license or progress towards licensure. 
• Familiarity with ASC 740, SSAP 101, Form 1120-PC, and Form 1120-L is preferred.

Additional Information

This position involves working both in our office and at client locations, which may require occasional travel using your personal vehicle. While moderate overtime is a possibility throughout the year, peak periods may require additional hours to meet engagement deadlines.
