MUST HAVE AT LEAST ONE YEAR OF TAPE EDGE MACHINE OPERATING EXPERIENCE

Schedule: Monday - Saturday 5:30am - 3:30pm (Occasional OT)

Tape Edge Machine Operator Requirements

• 1 Year of experience as a Tape Edge Machine Operator. 
• Precision is critical to ensure that tape is applied correctly and evenly. 
• Good hand-eye coordination and the ability to handle materials and machinery carefully. 
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is often preferred. Familiarity with similar machinery can be beneficial. 
• Ability to stand for long periods and handle physical tasks, including lifting and moving materials. 
• Ability to identify issues with the machine or process and take appropriate corrective actions.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot tape edge machines, which includes understanding machine controls and settings.

Tape Edge Machine Operator Responsibilites

• Prepare and set up the tape edge machine according to production specifications. This includes calibrating the machine to ensure it operates correctly.
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
• Monitor the quality of the tape application to ensure it meets required standards.
• Check for defects or inconsistencies in the application process.
• Perform regular maintenance tasks to keep the machine in good working condition, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn parts.
