Position Description - LEAD STYLIST

~We have multiple positions available including Full Time, Part-time and Seasonal Back to School~

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

To provide haircutting services and products that will create a fun and memorable experience to the children and parents alike. Ensure consistency in all aspects of operations and day-to-day activities. Build the Pigtails & Crewcuts brand by being a positive example.

• Paid time off after 6 months tenure for full time employees

  Experience Preferred:

•  

  At least one year experience working as a stylist and/or working with children

• Demonstrated ability to work within a team to  achieve outlined salon goals

Educational and License Requirements:

****Must be a Licensed Cosmetologist or Barber in the state of Arkansas****

Compensation: $15-20 Hour Including Tips and Hourly Wages

Our stylists are trained to work with children and specialize in haircuts for boys & girls of all ages, trend-setting hair fashions, themed parties, and retail product-lines specifically created for kids. Each salon is designed with our most important customer in mind. We have themed & adult styling chairs, “mom chairs” at each styling station, age appropriate movies playing throughout the day, video game consoles, party room, a train table, toys, and retail offerings including hair accessories & hair care products.
