We are a retail business that is open 7 days a week. Like most retail businesses, our busiest days are the weekends (Saturday & Sunday). Flexibility with your schedule, particularly on the weekends, is critical to our culture and team?s success.

Duties

Do you have a strong internal drive to succeed? Are you guided by a high moral compass? Are you someone who isn?t afraid to take action to produce results? If so, we want you to join our team as a Store Manager!

As the Store Manager, you?ll oversee daily operations and drive the overall success of the store. You?ll lead a high-performing team, coach your staff to excellence, and consistently deliver top-tier customer service. Your role will require a blend of leadership, initiative, and strategic thinking, all while maintaining the highest standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Initiative: Take responsibility for the store's success. You?ll be a proactive, resourceful leader who empowers your team to achieve significant accomplishments and meet ambitious goals.
Results-Focused: You?re driven to meet and exceed targets as efficiently and quickly as possible, ensuring the store?s sales and operational goals are consistently surpassed.
Attention to Detail: Perform tasks with precision, ensuring every aspect of the store?s operation is flawless, producing high-quality work with minimal errors.
Customer & Operational Excellence: Create an engaging, customer-focused environment that ensures each guest leaves with an exceptional experience, building loyalty and trust within the community.
