Job Description

Duties include receiving product and ensuring that aisles, freezers, and refrigerators are stocked, labeled, clean and delivered product is packed out, and proper customer service is provided. Candidates must demonstrate wine and spirits knowledge, ensuring proper customer service and work with Field Marketing Representatives, Branch Manager, and department managers to develop relationships with large customers and sign up new accounts. Enforcing license limitations by only selling to customers the items they are licensed for. Ensuring that payment methods are in compliance with State and local regulations. Building and maintaining floor displays. Maintaining a clear and accurate record of in store use of product. Maintaining accurate prices of product and maintaining shelves well stocked and organized. Communicating inventory needs to the team. Working in different locations as needed.

Qualifications
  • 18+ years old
  • High school diploma
  • Can lift 50+ lbs
  • Must pass drug screen
  • At least 4 years experience in customer service
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability and availability to travel on a frequent basis
  • Computer literate
