• Create engaging and effective step/dance lesson plans for different skill levels and age groups
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment in the classroom
• Teach step/dance techniques and routines with a focus on skill development and creativity
• Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their skills and confidence
• Organize and oversee dance performances and recitals to showcase students' progress and talents

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as a Step/Dance Instructor
• Proficiency in lesson planning
• Strong classroom management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• US work authorization
