The Role

Our client is on the hunt for a productfocused fullstack engineer to help revolutionize the recruiting industry.

This role offers full ownership of building a product that users love from the ground up. Youll move quickly iterate often and create a seamless experience for both recruiters and companies.

With 50% monthovermonth growth the company is aiming to scale from $450k to $4.5M in monthly GMV over the next year. This opportunity also has the potential to grow into a Head of Product role for those looking to take their career to the next level.

What Youll Do

• Build and ship highquality products quickly ensuring rapid delivery without sacrificing excellence
• Collaborate closely with product teams and engineers to execute on the roadmap
• Take full ownership of feature design and implementation including development testing and release
• Lead the development of all recruiter client and candidatefacing aspects of the product
• Engage with customers of all sizes daily to understand their needs
• Design and develop endtoend products that recruiters and clients love
• Work closely with recruiters to create tools that make them 10x more efficient
• Automate internal marketplace operations to streamline processes
• Build integrations that embed the platform seamlessly into existing systems
• Drive growth engineering initiatives including SEO billing signups and activations
• Balance both product and growthfocused engineering to deliver impactful results

What You Bring to the Table

• A productdriven engineer whos passionate about creating seamless delightful user experiences and understands both customer needs and business goals
• 2 years of fullstack development experience with a strong track record of building products endtoend and owning the entire codebase
• Background in earlystage startups or a natural builder/tinkerer who enjoys hacking together projects whether solo or with friends
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a team player who brings passion and drive to every project
• Bonus: Experience in the talent or recruiting industry is a big plus

• A salary of $130K $200K / year equity 0.25%1%

Hiring Process
