Responsibilities: • Find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria and budget to generate sales faster • Gather information about potential homes and local communities so you can answer buyer questions • Coordinate and attend on-site property inspections with clients so process is smooth and timely • Promptly return all buyer client telephone calls, texts and emails to uphold our agency’s standards of client service • Help buyers with refining their home criteria and select additional homes to show • Lead generation • Real estate sales • Buyer lead follow-up • Set appointments • Execute appointments • Sales scripts mastery Qualifications: • Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision • Present yourself in a professional manner • Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease • A real estate license is required • Commission opportunity • Sales experience • Working Rights in the USA • Must live within daily driving distance of the office About Company: Opportunity to be part of one of Orange County's top-producing teams with over 265 million in closed volume in the past 12 months.
