Recently acquired by We Care Hospitality, Le Tub is a Hollywood Beach landmark concept that has been a staple for locals and visitors for almost 50 years! Le Tub has a charming/casual feel in a beautiful indoor/outdoor waterfront setting on the intracoastal. We are a high-volume restaurant that prides itself in taking care of people as if they were guests in our own home. We are seeking a Server to join a strong team driven by a passion for hospitality. A Server at Le Tub makes guests feel like they are a part of our extended family. We always aim to exceed expectations and create memorable experiences for guests. Our team connects with people through friendly/personal conversation, smart menu suggestions, and excited personalities. Our style is hospitable, fun, and fast-paced. Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain an understanding of the proper steps of service required of the Server position.
• Maintain an athletic balance of mental coordination between hospitality, service, and efficiency.
• Training/Coaching of fellow servers and support staff to raise standards and better the restaurant as a whole.
• Strong communication and listening skills to effectively deliver accurate messaging to both guests and teammates.
• Have a professional knowledge base of menu items focused on American seafood, wine pairings, classic cocktails, and spirits.
• Can interpret special requests and accommodate specific requirements with food preparation.
• Menu and beverage knowledge is kept current as menus evolve.
• Have a general knowledge and understanding of Department of Health (DOH) food safety standards.
• Derives pleasure from providing hospitality.

What You Bring to the Table:

• A good sense of awareness under pressure while maintaining a graceful, warm presence.

• Open availability and a career mentality.
• Minimum of 2 years of full-service dining experience in a server position.
• A Culinary and/or Beverage certificate/degree and or equivalent experience preferred.
