We are seeking a
Senior Senior Systems Administrator to join us.
As a
Senior Systems Administrator , you will be responsible for service and support of office hardware and software for our Chattanooga, TN location as well as remote support for some of our regional based locations.
What you'll do: - Analyze, document, and implement pre-approved, low risk procedures for assigned applications and systems
- Perform hands-on and remote technical upgrades and deployments
- Contribute to the Knowledge Management process for cross training and repeatable processes
- Ensure Service Level Agreements are met for IT Projects and Support cases
- Provide oversight and repair and maintenance for complex IT issues as needed
- Participate in various system upgrades, patching and maintenance
- Assist IT Infrastructure Team with various projects and initiatives. Including O365 Spam content and filtering, DLP, and other Office 365 configuration and tool set management
- Participate in deployment, patching and decommissioning of Windows based VM’s and Citrix VM workstations
- Coordinate with IT and Product teams to diagnose and resolve incidents, minimizing impact on healthcare operations.
- Collaborate with IT and Product teams to identify, develop, and implement permanent solutions.
- Ensure compliance with configuration baselines, IT standards, regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team skills and knowledge.
What you'll bring to Zotec: - Strong analytical skills and problem solving with attentiveness to detail
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience in a related field with 2-4 years’ experience in the support of desktop related equipment and application programs.
- Knowledge and understanding of ITIL processes
- Active Directory Administration / User management experience required
- Laptop / Desktop Imaging– Microsoft SCCM experience preferred
- Implement best practices and industry standards to enhance IT service delivery.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in IT service management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Experience with compliance frameworks such as HIPAA, PCI and HiTrust is preferred
- PowerShell Scripting experience is a plus
- Proficient in configuring and troubleshooting Apple macOS, Apple iOS, and Microsoft Windows operating systems.
- MacOS Automation Scripting is a plus
- Knowledge of Apple Business Manager
- JAMF Administration experience is a plus, including but not limited to:
- Jamf Composer .pkg and .dmg deployment
- Jamf Policy and scripting
- Jamf Configuration Profile Administration
