Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our team and help drive our continued growth. As a Senior Recruiter, you will play a key role in helping us meet our hiring goals by managing the end-to-end recruitment process. This is an exciting opportunity to influence the firm's expansion by sourcing and securing top talent who align with our mission and values. Reporting to the HR Director, you will collaborate with leadership and department heads to ensure we bring the best people on board to support the firm's evolving needs.
What You'll Be Doing:
Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for a variety of roles—attorneys, paralegals, administrative staff, contractors, remote workers, and virtual assistants.
Partner closely with the HR Director and leadership team to understand hiring needs, and provide strategic guidance to ensure we attract and retain top talent.
Use innovative sourcing techniques (including social media, talent communities, and cold outreach) to engage potential candidates and continuously improve the recruiting process.
Leverage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to organize, track, and report on the recruitment pipeline, providing actionable insights to guide decision-making.
Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience from initial contact through the final offer, managing interview schedules, gathering feedback, and collaborating with hiring managers to finalize hires.
Provide regular reports on recruiting metrics, helping assess the effectiveness of our strategies and how they align with the firm's objectives.

What We're Looking For:
Education: A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience:
5+ years of corporate recruiting experience, ideally with exposure to both legal and non-legal industries (law firm experience is a plus, but not required).
Proven experience recruiting across various categories, including full-time employees, contractors, remote workers, and virtual assistants.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Skills:
Bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish.
A strong track record of improving and streamlining recruitment processes, driving efficiencies, and meeting hiring targets.
Excellent relationship-building skills with hiring managers, department heads, and candidates.
Advanced sourcing skills, utilizing multiple platforms (social media, job boards, networking) to identify and engage top talent.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
High energy, results-driven, and dedicated to meeting ambitious recruitment goals.
Compensation:
$80,000 - $110,000 annually, based on experience.
