The Senior Talent Partner / Recruiter TL;DR

At 10,000 feet, the Venture Scaler team acts as a fractional People Ops team member for our high-growth startup clients—an extension of their recruiting and people ops team.

Our clients are mission-driven, early-stage startups that are just starting to build their recruiting engine and they know they have to scale with stage-appropriate processes and resources to build a people-first hiring machine.

You would join the Venture Scaler team as a versatile Senior Talent Partner / Recruiter, working with a variety of clients on anything from full-cycle leadership searches, technical sourcing, recruiting operations, high volume sales recruiting, and role design and advising.

With Venture Scaler, you have the ability to design your schedule, choose your hours, and pick the type of client/partner you want to work with!

What you will own & improve:
- Candidate Sourcing: You know how to build a sourcing strategy that attracts values aligned, diverse, high fit candidates. You're a wiz with LinkedIn Boolean sourcing, but aren't afraid to get creative to find candidates in unique ways.
- Talent Acquisition Strategy and Execution: You know how to effectively vet candidates with a first interview for values & role fit, managing an incredible candidate and hiring team experience, all while selling candidates on the incredible opportunities you're managing!
- Candidate Experience: You will partner with your hiring managers to create a seamless candidate experience from first touch to offer.

What you've already done or you already know:
- You have 3-5 years of technical talent acquisition experience at a high-growth company with a verifiable record of successful employee recruitment from entry level to senior.
- You have strong business acumen with a desire to understand the "why" behind every hire to ensure we are attracting, hiring, and retaining the right talent to grow the business.
- You have kick a$$ project management and recruiting operations skills with a bent to stay organized amidst the startup chaos.
- You have polished recruiting, presenting, and public speaking ability for interviews.
