As a Senior Product Designer at Zerion, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our user experience across all platforms (iOS, Android, Web). You will be involved in every stage of the product life cycle, from ideation to implementation, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create innovative and user-centered design solutions.
Identify User Needs and Conduct Research: Analyze user requirements, conduct research, and perform usability testing to craft data-driven, user-centered solutions that drive the creation of impactful features.
Design, prototype, and collaborate: Create wireframes that inspire collaboration with Product Managers, Engineers, and Marketing teams, seamlessly translating user needs, business goals, and technical constraints into cutting-edge design solutions.
Develop User Flows & Architecture: Design user flows and information architecture for seamless navigation and interactions with blockchain applications.
Maintain a Cohesive Design System: Contribute to the design system, ensuring visual and functional consistency across desktop and mobile platforms.
Stay Updated on Trends: Keep up with Web3 industry trends and best practices to enhance the user experience of our products and services.
Lead Complex Design Challenges: Drive the end-to-end resolution of complex design problems, turning user insights and data into innovative solutions.
Proven experience in product design, particularly in the Web3 or blockchain space.
Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality user experiences and visual design work.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and advocate for design decisions to the team.
Passion for user-centered design principles and a deep understanding of UX and UI.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Active user of investment applications or other fintech apps.
You’ll ideally come from Web3.
Experience in creating and maintaining a design system.
Experience integrating qualitative and quantitative data into projects.
Experience with working in a distributed team.
Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
