About Us:
Rivian is on a mission to keep the world adventurous forever. This goes for the emissions-free Electric Adventure Vehicles we build, and the curious, courageous souls we seek to attract.
As a company, we constantly challenge what’s possible, never simply accepting what has always been done. We reframe old problems, seek new solutions and operate comfortably in areas that are unknown. Our backgrounds are diverse, but our team shares a love of the outdoors and a desire to protect it for future generations.
In this position, the Service, Collision, 3rd Party Learning Experience Designer will play a critical part in designing and developing rich, engaging and scalable learning experiences for the Technical Service teams. A successful candidate will have experience conceptualizing, developing and deploying compelling learning experiences for our quickly growing internal and external Service and Collision networks. This will require cross functional collaboration between many facets of the Service organization from Service Engineering to the tooling and documentation teams. The ideal candidate combines instructional design expertise with a deep understanding of user-centric design principles to craft scalable learning solutions across various modalities (ILT, OLT, VILT).
