**Description:**
One of our clients in the Charlotte area is looing for a Sr. IT Business Analyst to add onto their team. The Sr. IT Business Analyst will have a passionate about bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The Sr. IT Business Analyst will be the forefront of transforming business processes and ensuring seamless transitions during organizational changes.
_Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance._
_Rate: $70 - $75 / hr. w2_
**Responsibilities:**
+ Work closely with stakeholders at all levels, facilitating workshops and meetings to gather insights and drive decision-making.
+ Collaborate with end users to develop and document business processes that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
+ Conduct gap analyses to identify opportunities for improvement.
+ Help align business objectives with cutting-edge IT solutions, making a tangible impact on our organization's success.
**Experience Requirements:**
+ Work experience in addition to degree: 10+ years of related experience in business and/or information technology systems analysis.
+ Job-specific knowledge, skills or abilities: 10+ years experience in workstation desktop and mobile technology support and troubleshooting.
+ At least 10 years of experience participating in delivering IT projects.
**Education Requirements:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. In lieu of a degree, 15+ years of related business experience.
