Title: Senior Business Analyst

Duration: 6+ Months

Work Hours: 40 hrs/week

Overview:

• We are seeking a Sr. Business Analyst with a strong technical background to support the new top initiative.
• This role requires experience in gathering and translating business needs into functional and technical requirements, managing multiple stakeholders, and owning the roadmap and release schedule from end to end.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the collection, analysis, and documentation of business and technical requirements.
• Translate complex concepts into user stories and functional specifications for development.
• Own and manage the product roadmap and release schedule in partnership with tech and business teams.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, requirements sessions, and project workshops.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business units and technical squad to ensure alignment.
• Coordinate and support UAT and validate feature delivery against requirements.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst in software delivery or financial technology environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience writing user stories.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
