Sunstates Security is currently hiring
Full-Time Security Officers in the Springfield, VA area. These positions offer a pay rate of
$20.16/hr - with weekly pay. Schedules Available - FT – Friday-Monday 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM (32 HPW)
- FT – Monday-Thurs 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM (32 HPW)
Requirements - Valid VA DCJS Registration (ability to get MD/DC License)
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- 1 year of high-pace/volume security experience in the following verticals: maritime, logistics, shipping/distribution, industrial, energy, or commercial/residential
- Fine detail oriented
Preferred Qualifications - 1 - 3 years of security experience
- CPR/First Aid certification
A Security Officer may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Security Officer will read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP, and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.

High School diploma or equivalent
