Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive virtual psychological assessments to evaluate students' cognitive, emotional, and academic needs.

Develop and implement tailored behavior intervention plans to address students' individual needs and promote their social-emotional well-being.
Provide virtual counseling and support to students, offering strategies for managing emotional challenges, stress, and academic pressures.
Work collaboratively with a diverse team of educators, administrators, and families to create a supportive learning environment.
Maintain accurate documentation and provide timely reports using digital platforms, ensuring all records comply with district and state regulations.

Qualifications:

A Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology is required.
A valid Ohio license as a School Psychologist is essential.
Proven experience in conducting psychoeducational evaluations and assessments.
Comfortable using virtual tools and platforms for assessments, counseling, and communication.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and in collaboration with others in a virtual setting.
