Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct Virtual Assessments: Perform psychological and academic evaluations for students using virtual platforms to assess their learning needs and emotional well-being.
Develop Intervention Plans: Create and implement behavior intervention plans to support students' emotional, social, and academic development.
Provide Remote Counseling: Offer individual and group counseling sessions to students, helping them manage challenges related to mental health and academic performance.
Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with teachers, parents, and school administrators through virtual meetings to develop and monitor intervention strategies, ensuring the holistic success of students.
Utilize Digital Tools: Leverage digital platforms for documenting assessments, tracking student progress, and reporting outcomes in a timely and organized manner.

Qualifications:

Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field.
Valid Idaho license as a School Psychologist.
Demonstrated experience in conducting psychoeducational evaluations and providing psychological services in an academic setting.
Proficiency in using virtual tools and technologies for assessments, counseling, and collaboration.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a remote team, ensuring students' needs are met with compassion and professionalism.
