Job Description :

We are hiring an experienced Salesforce Systems Administrator to work for us as our direct, W2 salaried or hourly employee to join our team. You will:

• Perform system administration duties across multiple Salesforce ORGs and sandboxes.
• Participate in Copado deployments, post-deployment tasks, product installations, and system audits.
• Manage Single Sign-On (SSO) installation and updates.
• Handle system updates, configurations, and maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
• Collaborate with teams to implement changes and enhancements to Salesforce environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Ensure data security, user permissions, and system access align with business needs.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to users and stakeholders.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 2-5 years of experience in Salesforce system administration.
• Proficiency in managing Salesforce ORGs and sandboxes.
• Strong experience with Copado deployments and product installations.
• Good understanding of system audits, SSO configurations, and post-deployment processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

Desired Skills and Experience :

• Bachelor s Degree in a relevant field
• Salesforce Certified Administrator
• Copado Certification
• Familiarity with OwnBackup and EZProtect
