Position SummaryWe’re seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to support our sales efforts at RoofCON. Your primary focus will be on maximizing sponsorships for the event. This role requires a willingness to dive deep into the roofing space, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building meaningful relationships that drive business growth and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Development: Generate new leads and nurture existing relationships to achieve sales targets for RoofCON.

  • Customer Education: Communicate the unique benefits of exhibiting at RoofCON, effectively positioning the offer to meet the specific needs of each prospect.

  • Consultative Sales Approach: Assess each prospect’s needs and offer tailored solutions that underscore the value of RoofCON as key assets for business growth.

  • Networking and Relationship Building: Engage with potential exhibitors and industry leaders at industry events, trade shows, and online platforms to expand RoofCON’s reach and reputation.

  • Cross-Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, customer service, and the event planning teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

  • Market Insight: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities to inform product enhancements and innovative sales strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the roofing, home services, or related industries.
