Position SummaryWe’re seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to support our sales efforts at RoofCON. Your primary focus will be on maximizing sponsorships for the event. This role requires a willingness to dive deep into the roofing space, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building meaningful relationships that drive business growth and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Development: Generate new leads and nurture existing relationships to achieve sales targets for RoofCON.
Customer Education: Communicate the unique benefits of exhibiting at RoofCON, effectively positioning the offer to meet the specific needs of each prospect.
Consultative Sales Approach: Assess each prospect’s needs and offer tailored solutions that underscore the value of RoofCON as key assets for business growth.
Networking and Relationship Building: Engage with potential exhibitors and industry leaders at industry events, trade shows, and online platforms to expand RoofCON’s reach and reputation.
Cross-Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, customer service, and the event planning teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Market Insight: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities to inform product enhancements and innovative sales strategies.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, preferably within the roofing, home services, or related industries.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with a consultative and customer-focused approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Strong problem-solving abilities, with an aptitude for adapting to customer needs.
Familiarity with CRM software, social media, and digital sales tools.
Passion for the roofing and construction industries, with an understanding of the unique needs and challenges of contractors and community members.
