IT Automation LLC is seeking an experienced RFP Writer to support our federal and state government contracting efforts. This role requires a candidate with a strong background in technical proposal writing, documentation, and submission of compliant proposals that meet government requirements. The RFP Writer will collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), project managers, and business development teams to prepare winning bids for government agencies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of government procurement processes, ensuring proposals are aligned with evaluation criteria, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements.
In this role, the RFP Writer will be responsible for developing technical volumes, identifying the technology stack, and designing solution approaches to address project requirements. They will work closely with IT teams to capture technical details and tailor solutions that meet client needs. The RFP Writer will also conduct feasibility analysis, cost modeling, and budget planning to ensure proposals are both competitive and compliant. Additionally, they will be responsible for building compliance matrices, reviewing submission deadlines, and prepare documentation readiness for RFP submission.
