Must Have: * Industry Experience: Minimum of 8 years in medical insurance and healthcare billing. * Management Experience: Supervised at least 5-10 direct reports. * Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting (or equivalent combination of education and experience). * Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, medical billing, and management. * Knowledge: Strong understanding of medical billing rules and regulations, including Medicare, Medi-Cal, and other insurances. Nice to Have: * Certifications: Certified Coder certificate. * Experience: Cardiovascular billing experience.
