Title: Tableau Consultant

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Tableau Consultant to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Tableau dashboard building, data visualization, SQL, Python, AWS, and data quality frameworks.
You will be responsible for creating and optimizing dashboards, ensuring data quality, and supporting our Copilot and AI-driven initiatives.
The role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of impactful projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop interactive Tableau dashboards and visualizations that meet the business requirements.
Translate complex business data into meaningful insights through effective data visualization.
Optimize and maintain existing Tableau dashboards to enhance performance and improve user experience.
Build, test, and validate SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from various data sources.
Use Python to automate data processing tasks, perform data analysis, and integrate Python scripts into Tableau workflows.
Work with AWS services (such as S3, Redshift, RDS) to manage, store, and retrieve large datasets.
Implement and maintain data quality frameworks to ensure accuracy and reliability of the data used in Tableau reports and dashboards.
Leverage Copilot and AI-driven tools to improve data insights and optimize decision-making processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and ensure that data is represented correctly in Tableau visualizations.
Provide support and troubleshooting for Tableau dashboards, resolving issues in a timely manner.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in building complex Tableau dashboards and reports.
Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating data from relational databases.
Expertise in Python for data analysis, automation, and integration with Tableau.
Experience working with AWS services like S3, Redshift, and RDS for managing and processing large datasets.
Understanding of data quality frameworks and experience implementing them in a business environment.
Experience with Copilot and AI-driven tools for data-driven decision-making.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage and interpret large datasets.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
Nice to have :
Experience with Tableau Server and Tableau Prep for data preparation and server-side administration.
Familiarity with other data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Qlik) is a plus.
Knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
Experience with Agile development methodologies.
