We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join our team in the Destin / 30A / Panama City areas.

The RSM plays a pivotal role within our organization. They are the culture carriers and the face of window cleaning in our community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Grow sales pipeline through community networking, establishing referral partners, and self-generation.
  • Timely follow up on leads, set appointments, estimate jobs and close sales.
  • Act as steward of the company culture, promoting quality and an exceptional customer experience.
  • Promptly handle all direct client communications via phone, text, and email, ensuring clear responses.
  • Manage job scheduling, maintaining a strong understanding of job locations for efficient routing.
  • Send out quotes and accompany potential clients on property inspections.
  • Conduct follow-ups with clients post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve overall company performance.
  • Foster positive and collaborative work environment that aligns with company’s core values and promotes employee engagement and retention.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring repeat business and high levels of customer loyalty.
  • Carry merchandise kits, including towels, hats, socks, shoe booties, and thank you cards for touch-ups and gifts.
  • Ensure safety compliance in van operations.
  • Oversee inventory management, including equipment.
  • Handle hiring, training, employee development, labor scheduling, and termination.  
  • Build strategic partnerships with property managers, facility managers, restaurants, local businesses, and homeowners.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven sales and leadership experience.
  • B2B experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in managing a team.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong commitment to exceptional customer service and responsiveness.
  • Superb time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask efficiently, with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle client concerns effectively.
  • Comfortable and efficient at learning new software applications.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word and Excel.
  • Comfortable with a personal computer, smart phone, and iPad.
  • Hospitality Experience is a plus.

Additional Requirements

  • The RSM is required to wear the company uniform at all times while representing the company.
  • Active involvement in the local community to promote the company's services.
  • Schedule is typically Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm with occasional evenings and weekends, flexibility is required.

Compensation

$75,000 - $85,000 (base + commission)
