Job Description

The Real Estate Marketing Assistant will be responsible for advancing the community and customer experience of our real estate team through online and traditional marketing. The position requires interaction with our marketing, customer service, operations, sales, and technology teams to ensure that our website, social media, collateral, and other communications accurately reflect our brand.   • Maintain website and tracking analytics assuring that content is consistently updated
  • Plan and organize all team events, take photos, and then market on social media
  • Create, deliver and edit marketing materials and advertising campaigns that are effective and timely
  • Manage request form (postcards, emails, social media graphics, exposés, sold
new listing packages, notecards, ads, etc.)
  • Provide custom pieces for agents as requested
  • Working under the Director of Marketing for projects and campaigns
  • Design all advertisements for the brokerage
  • Design print ads for agents as requested
  • Become knowledgeable in Rezora and all franchise programs to aid agents
  • Work with the leadership team on any charity events, franchise events
  • Work with the leadership team to assist in event management/setup
  • Make sure agents know the resources and tools provided by the firm
  • Ensure allis on brand and complies with brand standards
  • Assist in any other needs of the leadership team to create a thorough and smooth team environment
Qualifications:
  • Bright, upbeat, energetic and have strong communication skills
  • 2 or more years experience in an Ad Agency or Real Estate Sales environment required
  • Develops innovative forward design concepts
  • Team player
  • Degree in Marketing or equivalent work experience required
