Judge Healthcare is currently seeking a Remote Quality Improvement Coordinator!

*Must be located in the state of California*

Hours: Full time, 40 hours a week, PST

Contract: Dec 2nd - March 14th

Responsibilities:

• Auditing/Chart Scrubbing : Experience with electronic medical records.
• Health Plan Care Gaps : Familiarity with health plan care gap lists or support for quality initiatives/projects in a healthcare environment.
• EHR Navigation : Ability to locate labs, diagnostic imaging reports, healthcare assessment forms (e.g., PHQ-9, GAD-7), vital signs, BMI, height, and weight in EHRs. Ability to skim office visit notes for dates or values not in vital signs or other areas of the EHR.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• EHR Systems : 2+ years of experience with NextGen, eClinicalWorks, Athena, or EPIC.
• Quality Improvement : 1+ year of experience in Quality Improvement, Population Health, Care Coordination/Referrals.
• Quality Measures : 2+ years of experience with UDS and/or HEDIS quality measures.
• Remote Work : Comfortable working remotely, using multiple applications to access information, including remote access to electronic health records (EHRs). Communication via Slack, Teams, Zoom, or email.
• Data Entry : Basic skills in recording dates, values, or other information into electronic forms or spreadsheets.
• MS Office Suite : Basic experience with Word and Excel for tracking activities and entering data.
